I started in the mortgage industry over 24 years ago, and I've stayed because I genuinely love the work. There's something satisfying about taking a complex loan file, organizing every moving part, and delivering a clean clear-to-close for a borrower who's counting on it.
Over the years, I've processed every loan type imaginable — conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, DSCR, non-QM, jumbo, and commercial. I've worked with more than 30 national lenders and become fluent in multiple LOS platforms. That breadth of experience means I'm rarely surprised, and I'm always prepared.
